Our extended packages include extended and 24x7 support, a guaranteed increase in response time that many of our customers require.
In addition to our annual support packages we offer Hot Swap fixes and warranty for our products.

Depending on your business needs, we offer support from normal business hours, and up to 24/7 assistance for mission critical production issues.
