CCMENA announces new appointment

To double the efforts and increase sales CCMENA recently appointed Rosalie Salunga for the post of Sales Executive.
With the experience of 10 years Mrs. Rosalie is dedicated to telecommunications. She has been working in Sales and Technical departments on her previous appointments. Holding Bachelor degree of Science in Computer Engineering ensures that she has solid technical backgrounds.
Mrs. Salunga is experienced in IVR, Fax Server, VoIP, GSM Gateway, Audio Recorder and PABX integrations among many others. She speaks excellent English and posses good communication skills.

Enghouse and Subsidiary Syntellect Acquire Trio

PHOENIX – April 3, 2009 – Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL), today announced its acquisition of the business and shares of Trio Enterprises AB. The acquisition was completed by Enghouse and certain of its subsidiaries including Syntellect Inc., for a purchase price of approximately $7.0 million. Trio’s 2008 annual revenues were approximately $15.0 million.
