	ASHRAF A. ELYAN - MANAGING DIRECTOR
	Mr. Elyan is one of the earliest evangelists for Open Communications Systems in the region. Before founding Converged Communications FZ-LLC, in 2005, Mr. Elyan was the owner and Managing Director of POSTCTIME FZ-LLC which served the regional telecom sector. He also was the founder of the first VAS (Value Add Service) company in Kuwait back in 2001. Mr. Elyan held management positions at couple of other VAS companies. Mr. Elyan has proven successes in achieving profitable results during periods of rapid growth for international companies and market leaders in several industries including data capturing devices, computer peripherals, telecommunications, health care, retail and software. He is a graduate of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering - Avionics.
	KH. AKCHURIN - DIRECTOR PARTNER
	Mr. Kh. Akchurin is a top figure in the oil industry today. He began his professional career as chief engineer with the USSR Ministry of Geology and since early 90’s he has been leading various companies in the oil industry, most recently Azimut JSC, where he is the owner and General Manager since 1991. Mr. Kh. Akchurin has been awarded with titles that make him a prominent figure in the world of academia and science, e.g. ‘Honorable Oil Industry Worker’ in 2002, the ‘State Prize for Developments in the Field of Science and Engineering’ in 2001, ‘Academic Honoris Causa’ from the International Academy of Natural Sciences in 1997, etc. Mr. Kh. Akchurin holds a Ph.D. on Technical Sciences and is graduated from the Ufa Petroleum Institute.
	AYMAN A. ELYAN - FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR
	Ayman has many years of senior executive management experience in organizations ranging from start-ups to those in excess of millions in annual revenues. Ayman has been responsible for all merger and acquisition activities at Converged Communications (CCMENA) FZ-LLC. With more than 15 years of experience in business, Ayman has held senior management positions with a variety of companies. Prior to joining CCMENA, he was the President of The Arabian Office in Moscow, later to that he was the Executive Vice President in Computer Telephony Kuwait. Besides his management business skills, Ayman holds a master degree in Ophthalmology.
	ERIC MONEYANG - TECHNICAL MANAGER
	With vast expertise and strong expertise in Telco technologies (such as Signaling System 7, a.k.a. SS7, VoIP and others) Eric has joined CCMENA after 5 years working for Intel in Belgium, for its Modular Communications Platform Division, supporting clients and distributors across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Eric is responsible for CCMENA’s pre- and post-sale technical support to customers and for its Professional Services offering. Eric holds an Electrical Engineering degree from "Faculte Polytechnique de Mons" in Belgium.
	MOHAMED ELSHAL - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
	Mohamed is a technical sales professional with over 12 years of diverse experience in telecommunication systems in the Service Providers, OEM/ISV and Enterprise arenas. He joined CCMENA after 9 years working for Intel (Dialogic) in US as a Sr. Technical Marketing Engineer and later as a Field Application Engineer. Mohamed possesses extensive experiences in business development, customer relations, account management, pre/post sales support; selling technology, solutions and telecom building blocks. At CCMENA Mohamed is responsible for channel and account development, customer relations, account and project management, territorial growth. He holds Computer Science degree from "American University" in Cairo and "East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania".
	JASON SNELLING - HEALTHCARE PRODUCT MANAGER
	With experience of working in the Digital Dictation market for more than 10 years (with 8 years experience of working with WinScribe) Jason Snelling joined the CCMENA team in 2009 to take the role of Healthcare Product Manager. He is an expert in consultancy, training, support and project management and has experience of working in multiple vertical sectors. Mr. Snelling’s previous roles include 3 years with IBM as a Team leader and Trainer for their Via Voice speech recognition product in the EMEA help centre in Greenock Scotland; 9 years with SRC, a leading Digital Dictation Consultancy company in London England.
