Solution was built on top of Vocalcom's Hermes.Net Contact Centre software using Dialogic HMP Software and Dialogic Media Gateway. Its totally VoIP based architecture based on Dialogic HMP with IVR, ACD, Customized Screen POP-UP, Call Recording, Powerful Dialer and with Customized Reporting.

SMS, Fax, Email and Video are additional features of Hermes.Net Contact Center solution and will be implemented in future.
